From Michelin-starred and Michelin-selected culinary talents to prominent figures from China’s leading cooking competition programme, each guest chef will present a distinctive culinary experience shaped by exceptional technique and personal inspiration. The culmination of this milestone celebration will be a visit from a legendary chef on the final anniversary week, who will curate an exclusive one-of-a-kind dining experience as part of the grand finale of our 10th anniversary festivities.
The experience unfolds at Le Cristal Parisian, a bespoke, temperature-controlled pavilion created exclusively for this milestone celebration. Shining like a gemstone on Level 6 of The Parisian Macao, it offers panoramic views across the Cotai Strip and a front-row perspective of our spectacular 10th anniversary drone shows.

Guided by French tradition and driven by creativity, Twelve25 has crafted an exclusive menu marrying premium global and seasonal ingredients. At the heart of this time-limited menu is “Abalone and Foie Gras”, a dish celebrating The Parisian Macao’s anniversary, symbolising a decade of symbolising a decade of French-inspired hospitality.
Helmed by Chef de Cuisine, Greg Tao, L’éclat 19 is a one-Michelin-starred restaurant in Hangzhou. Chef Tao boasts over a decade of French culinary experience, having honed his craft at numerous award-winning restaurants across Shanghai, Macao, and Chengdu.
Two-Michelin-starred L’Envol is led by a talented young Korean chef, Chef de Cuisine, Hwang Byeonghyen, who will present an exquisite contemporary French dining experience. Drawing on a decade of experience at world-renowned Michelin-starred restaurants, Chef Hwang masterfully blends classic French techniques with creative flair and has conceived an exclusive dish for the “Celebrity Chefs’ Table” event, “Mi-cuit Lobster with Girolle Mushroom & Consommé” a multi-layered tribute to culinary artistry.
Rain Qu, reigning champion of the large-scale cooking competition TV show “Chef of China I”, follows the culinary principle of seasonal eating. Blending innovative cooking techniques with a delicate aesthetic sense and keen intuition, she crafts contemporary cuisine that beautifully harmonises visual elegance with exquisite flavour.
Chef Eddy Leung, founder of Chef Studio by Eddy, boasts over 37 years of culinary experience deeply rooted in French fine dining and has held key position as Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef at various five-star hotels. Committed to honing fundamental European cooking skills and pursuing authentic flavours, Chef Eddy crafts signature dishes that bring together diverse culinary cultures. At “Celebrity Chefs’ Table”, he will present the exclusive “Lamb noisette stuffed with veal kidney, naipizi & herbs crust, rosemary jus, rushan cheese potato”, an inventive creation that marries classic French techniques with distinctive local ingredients from Xinjiang.
Founder of Chef Studio by Eddy, Eddy Leung and Ronald Shao, Executive Chef from MIÁN joining forces for a four-hand contemporary Chinese feast. At “Celebrity Chefs’ Table”, Chef Eddy will present the exclusive “Lamb noisette stuffed with veal kidney, naipizi & herbs crust, rosemary jus, rushan cheese potato”, an inventive creation that marries classic French techniques with distinctive local ingredients from Xinjiang. Chef Shao masterfully combines global ingredients and diverse techniques to redefine contemporary Chinese cuisine, and will recreate this legendary dish Baked Pork Chop Rice, the iconic dish that rose to fame at “Chef of China I”
